I am usually so good at these but I"M stuck on #7 for petes sake!!!!!!!!!!!fun anyway!!
For #7 you need to lightly touch the smiley with the wheel so it falls on to the lever, then drop the barrel on the other end (not too close to the fulcrum and not too far off the edge) so the smiley gets catapulted into the left-hand chamber, then block the entrance with the second wheel.
