broken abacus [browser]

Can you get all the beads onto their correct spot in Broken Abacus, the latest puzzlescript puzzler by Lucas Le Slo? (Z key to undo a move, R key to restart a level)

Another fun set of puzzles from M. Le Slo. Still working on deciphering that cryptic last message. Maybe it's alien product placement? I know the others are a base five notation, with a crack.

I'm stuck on level 7 (or possibly 8 - I don't get the notation). It's a 5x5 space with the vertical bar in the 4th column, beads above and below it, and I have to get them to the leftmost column. Any hints? Whatever I've tried has ended with both beads on the horizontal bar and I can't get one off; both on the vertical bar, but the other bar is stuck through such that I can't move them far enough left; or one stuck in a corner.

Lvl7: The trick here is that if you push the brown vertical bar all the way to the right you can push the beads off the gold horz bar shishkebab style. Now both beads are to the left of the gold bar.

Thanks, Stage name! *remembers to subscribe to comments this time* Now I'm stuck on the next one, but I'll try again tomorrow.

Now I've reached the one that says Crack. I think I've worked out the new rules, but not the solution to the level. I can get the bead onto the vertical stick, but only with it at the leftmost end of the horizontal stick, where I can't get it to the target. I must be missing something, but what?

For first Crack level you need to find a spot to slip out the horz gold bar, then move it around to left of bead.

Hello again! Maybe there's more than one solution to the first crack level, because I tried to get round to the left and failed, and eventually got it by moving the gold bar further through so they formed a cross.

Now I'm on the 5th (I think) crack level, where the crack is horizontal like a moat, and there are 3 beads that all need to go to different places. I can leave the one at the bottom in the right place (using the first method Stage name told me about), but if I join the sticks together I can't separate them and if I don't, I can't get the horizontal stick across the moat without falling into it. (I thought of trying to put the vertical stick on the top target instead, but can't see how to do that without joining the sticks together again).

Last level (or ||||-----| ||-----||| ): Maneuver an unpierced bead all the way to the right, then use it to squeeze another bead off the crossed bars below it, leaving another bead in bottom slot. Use gold bar to push far right bead to its spot and then cross the moat to fill in the top slot. Whew. Congrats. Now what is that cryptic message at end?

@Stage name,

Thanks, that worked (once I realised you meant leave the unpierced bead on the 4th row), but it was one of the ones with diagonals, not the code you showed, so I thought there were more to go! I didn't write the cryptic message down because I thought there were more levels and we'd end up with a repeat of the codes, which look as if they stack up into letters if you arrange them right. I'm not inclined to start over and copy them all down.
