Love path puzzles! But whats the point of giving 4 seconds on a clock that takes 10 seconds to reach? What am I missing?

it's possible to reach all clocks. you have to solve the level twice for the energy buttons and clocks.

Agreeing with Jacks's comment...I don't get the whole clock thing have tried to figure it out...but to no avail.
