Ok, I'm out. Nice game, but I prefer escape games where you can understand when something is clickable... I mean, when the cursor from arrow-shaped turns to hand-shaped! Otherwise, you have to click everywhere in order not to miss anything.

@Anonymous: WHAT!?

Anonymous said...

I'm out too. I hate does "Escape" games where the really challenge is to find the spots where you can click. In my opinion such games aren't Escape games.
Why aren't there more games where you have to use your brain to solve riddles?

Anonymous said...

Anonymous said...

I'm sorry to say I gave up on this :( And the item menu being in the middle of the screen like that was quite annoying.

Does the inventory window have to be open the whole time? It was in the way of the action. Is there a way to close it?

Anonymous said...

Don't think there's a way to close it. Looks like that's the way they do their games, at least the other one I checked out was that way too.

I solved the machine with the six
wide bottens and it just says "ok".
What did it do?

Anonymous said...

Got a bucket (without water), 2 pieces of sheets together, green thing (probably to insert somewhere), blue button and saw the code on the ceiling.

What is right of the yellow machine? Can't click anywhere.

Anonymous said...

OMG I can't figure this out I have done the same amount of stuff as @Anonymous and can't do more HELP!

The yellow machine is Green, Blue, Orange, Purple

There is a pole below the shower heads, next to pipe. You have to attach that to the scrub brush to use above the door.

to turn on the yellow machine:

Did not like the big item menu window at bottom of screen. Overall a ok game. I agree with Rava you always had a hand suggesting that something could be done which made the game tedious to play.

Finally! now I don't have to listen to that ANNOYING music any more! I tried to mute it, but it just kept coming back! who would program a game like that? what were they thinking!?

Steve said...

@ANONYMOUS. I got the checkerboard, but not the key.

CheddarMelt said...

@Steve, turn the checkerboard over. It's on the back.

Steve said...

@Jennifer N: Thanks. Thought I'd done what it turns out you have to, to turn over the checkerboard. Must have done it wrong.

Cute game. Agree with those who say you kind of have to poke everything at random. Would have preferred a bit more cause-and-effect logic. Some of the results you get don't have much relationship to what you have to do to get them. Liked the minimalist graphics.

not fun at all. if i were actually stuck in that shower, i would'nt have known where to even start. the clues weren't clear enough to help. without the walkthrough i looked at, i wouldn't have had known what to do with half of them. half the time i just felt like i was guessing about what to do next or how i got to the next piece of the puzzle. not a game i'd recommend. :(

NotMarian said...

Didn't like this game. TOo random. How in the world would I ever think to click on the wall to get the rest of the final code?

In any case, thanks for posting this game, bonte. I like escape games.

How do you combine stuff?
