I can't even start the game. Clicking like a fiend and nothing is happening
I feel so dumb. I can get him to yawn and, after that, pick up the remote again. I can't get anything else to happen. I read the design notes, which made no sense to me. I watched the video, but didn't see any relationship to the game.
How do I play this?

It's good that you read the design notes.
I did find one of the solutions by systematically trying every key on the keyboard.
I'd love to see a walkthru, but unless they narrate what keystrokes they are making, it won't help.
I opened the closet door per hints, entered stuff on the phone per the design notes, and typed ? as indicated at the end of the phone stuff. Then got the guy in a darkened room at a computer. Typed the letter that is partly visible on his shirt and the whole game fades to white. This doesn't seem right?

I managed to come to some kind of end of the game. I'm sorry but this game is far-fetched. Still, the developer has done a good job making the game, even if it is pointless.
