crack the safe

Crack the safe 10 times and find all 10 gems to escape in this game by James Young. (Note: you can switch rooms with the arrows on top and sometimes you need to drag items or keep holding down the mouse instead of just clicking...)

And also, sometimes you need to deselect the items in your inventory in order to be able to do something. First! ;p

So far, so good?

Commented too soon, can't even figure out what to do in the first level, plus it seems to be timed and I dislike those types. Passing on this one.

It's not timed Thor. Also, the different rooms are not puzzles on their own: you need items from other rooms to solve them.

OK so I found stuff and did stuff, but still kinda clueless. I may have two or three combinations, but not sure where they go.

I did it without any help whatsoever! I am so proud! In 58 minutes though.. :P

this was an amazing escape game! my only critizism, wich isnt major at all. i wish it had a real layout of the rooms tho. like a more logical map then just side scrolling through different rooms.

Looked cool, but I couldn't select some things even the walkthrough said to... so, hot playing this... :(

Really good escape game! Needed 30 min and a clue for the study... But it was fun! Thanks Bart for sharing!

I am stuck in on the study safe as well, last one that i can't seem to figure out. does it have something to do with the clock?

The ice won't melt

bart make a new game soon. I'm dying.

Anonymous said...

Anon, use the blowtorch to melt the ice.

I have collected four gems from the bathroom, greenhouse, computer room, and science lab. But now am a bit stuck. Can't figure out how to use the SAFE code or the right-left code.

SPOILER ALERT? - You need to switch the power off before you can melt the ice.

I have managed to figure everything out all by myself except the study safe! I don't want to do it by trial and error or by viewing the walkthrough. Can someone give me a hint on how to approach it? I've looked for clues in every room but am not seeing anything. I still have the hammer, spraypaint and blowtorch but not sure if there is anything else to do with them.

To Anonymous 5:49 - The combination for the safe is hidden in various rooms - for instance the shutter in the garage tells you that E=5. Find the others and you're good to go.

I found the study safe the hardest...I didn't notice the clue in the other room, and had to use the walkthrough. It was obvious when I saw it after reading the walkthrough!

Why not put gongtats games on here rather than these pixel hunts that make no sense.

Anonymous said...

Jane F - Thanks, but I got that one. By "study" I mean the room with the books and the desk.

PyroLuna said...

Anon 14:15 can you tell us what room the clue for the study was in, I want to think the kitchen with the clock because that matches with 2 black and 1 red bar but i can't figure it out

PyroLuna said...

Sorry for the repeat reply but I figured it out!
Anon 20:00, look in the computer room for red lines

Anonymous said...

PyroLuna - Thanks, I *NEVER* would have figured that out by myself!
Good game!

A nice set of escape puzzles, got all but the study on my own. Thanks you PryoLuna, and nice pick Bart.

Thank you to PyroLuna also from me!
The red lines hint was perfect.
