I found this one tough. Moving around was not intuitive sometimes.
Hints:
You need a coin off the floor to get started.
You can find objects on one seat, but not the other. Every panel has something behind it.
The chips must be placed somewhere to learn their value.
You need to make the gears move twice.
One code isn't entered on a number pad, even though it is expressed in numbers.
