I couldn't disagree more with the final : please, please, PLEASE, tell the people you love that you love them. These bullshit "no need to say, you know it" is nonsense.
Developer here! In fact, he does say it. He can't send this message anymore, because his antenna is broken (and he says it!). But he says it anyway. He regrets, that she won't hear him, but tries to find some comfort (and probably excuse himself) in fact that she knows it.
