This is a very bizarre game. I don't think I've played anything quite like it. Interesting concept of actually seeing the movie in youtube after clicking on the tv's. Makes you think about which clothes you need to wear to solve the different puzzles. Thanks Bart.
Also, if you click on the little flag down in the bottom right corner, it changes the language to english...
How do you get past the two monsters whose heads come out of the ground? One of them keeps knocking me back. Like the game though. Thanks, Bart. :D

Argh!! Slider puzzle at the end is a bit difficult.
I don't know what to do with the one who remove her head.
thieungukinhnien: Keep clicking her body so that she keeps her head in the air. When the creature on the roof wakes up, click it in between clicking the girl's body so that it doesn't knock the head off-course.

Just finished. It's a really good game. I would recommend playing it to the end.
Anonymous: I can't remember where the straw hat is. Try exploring and finishing some of the puzzles.

Great game, I love the surrealistic touch to it. Got stuck awhile near the end, was missing a white body. Apparently I had missed a loost tile on the roof. Fun addition of the bonus items at the end.

what is with the puzzle at the top of the spikey hill? cant figure it out
Straw hat... to get into the house you need to be wearing a blue shirt. The guys are mirror twins, so everything on the top floor needs to be a mirror, or oppostie of the guys downstairs. When you get it right, he will follow you back downstairs. Go back up and the hat is hanging on a hook.
The other part I had problems with was where the scientist is trying to light a cigarette. Think of the old game 'mastermind', where you have to guess the places of the different colours.
The world is circular, left ends up at the door and right ends up at the door. The guy at the door is measuring height. Are you tall enough?

The puzzle at the top of the hill (for those who are having trouble) is a 'follow the sequence' game. It might pay to have a pen and paper handy to jot down the last sequence, as it gets faster.
what is the deal with the giant?
This game is incredible. And sooo long. The slider puzzle took forever and I was expecting end credits but there's even more.
i am missing 1 hat. the one that goes next to the apple at the end of the row. where is it?
@ anonymous... the giants head is where you end up after you go for a ride in the rocket.
Cannot help with the hat, as that's the only item I'm missing. Sorry.

What's left to be done after the slide puzzle? It's night, I have all the items, and... I'm stuck! Is it over?
The last "hat" is a red bow. It's in the area where the giant used to occupy.
After the slider puzzle you can look around for some bonus items. There doesn't appear to be any more puzzles to solve, the items aren't really hidden. It doesn't further the game's story line at all.
This is a very odd game, but immensely entertaining! I like how the logic is: very unique.

Any suggestions how to do the memory game? Finding the matching pairs behind the posters on the house.
It resets after a mistake, and u have to start all over again, slightly frustrating >.<
ANd what about the monster u have to drop stuff (lanterns?) on? What sequence is there?
Hints:
the fish is made of water, therefore you need to be able to swim
the sequence for the lanterns is found in the scene left of there, next to the house
I can't give any help for the pairs game, just use instinct and you'll probably eventually get it.
Anonymous : Keep on trying with the memory game. Of course you have to have a good memory, but also a bit of luck, because you start over if you do 3 mistakes.
I can't find the cat ears, I don't have a clue how to do the slider puzzle, and I don't know where the "puzzle on top of the hill" is meant to be. Help please :S
Found the cat ears (and body and paws). The apple hat is a nice reference to Magritte :) How do you get to walk on the spikes? And what am I supposed to do with the monster and the bees?
Never mind. Ate the bees, and got propper shoes.

I tried to make a video walkthrough - twice - but it didn't work.
For the slider puzzle: try getting the bottom layer completed first and working your way up. The blank spot is in the row above the bottom.

The nine eyes need to all be the colour of the one eye.
Solution: click the corners, then the outside middle ones, then the centre one.
To swim you need a buoyancy aid.
Tip for the slider puzzle:
Make a screenshot of the picture before starting.

I really enjoyed this game... until that stupid slider puzzle. Man, I hate that I have to get past this thing. I don't like them. I guess that will be the end of this for me.

To find the cat ears, you have to solve the puzzle with the monsters and the 9 eyes, on the roff of the house (go left once upstairs)

I think the orange hat (a pumpkin head) is near the fish, hiding behind a chain.
Blue dress comes from bouncy head girl. (sorry if my writing's deteriorated, it's getting very late here)

I managed to trek through all the comments to find something I wrote before so you didn't have to find it yourself:

The videos contain no important information, they're just really, really surreal. They're a sort of extra content thing that doesn't have anything to do with the game.

Thanks a lot Lichen Fairy. I think I misunderstood AJ's earlier comment which I thought suggested that the videos made you think which clothes you needed to solve different puzzles. Back to it I guess! Thanks again!
CG: yellow one is the cat suit. I think it comes from high up. Sorry I can't be a better help.
Can anyone give a clue as to the rocket? I've dressed to the colors of the light pole but it doesn't work. I'm missing last dress could that be it?

Ah it autosaves your items (but resets the puzzles). Now where are those monsters on the roof? And what do I do with the scientist guy next to the rocket?
tricks for doing the sliding puzzle:
#1 take a screenshot of it right before it breaks apart. You can tell it's going to happen by the crack marks forming. It happens right after she sticks her legs out straight.
#2 If you don't think you can manage to react fast enough to take a pic right before it breaks, then just take it any other time before it breaks. Any reference is good.
#3 Note that the "missing piece" is where her legs are supposed to me, which is pretty much in the middle of the puzzle.
#4 When reconstructing the puzzle, I imagine it as a coiled snake. So I imagine myself coiling the snake and adding pieces to it as I go.
#5 There are a number of ways to envision this snake analogy (I think). The way I did this was to go clockwise. So first, I find the piece that should be at bottom right and position it somewhere along the bottom edge. Then I find the piece that should go right above it and position it counter-clockwise to my 1st piece. Then I find the piece that should be above my 2nd piece and position it counter-clockwise to my 2nd piece. I keep doing this all the way up the right edge of the puzzle, then right to left across the top, then top to bottom along left edge, then left to right along bottom edge minus bottom right piece, then up two pieces, then left 1 piece.
order in which to find the pieces:

where M stands for "missing piece"; S stands for "starting piece"; arrows and v indicate direction
The reason I called this the "clockwise" method is because if I find it hard to position my next piece, I move all organized pieces in a clockwise direction to make room for the new piece. Also, in the end you may find your solution slightly off. Just keep moving all your pieces in a clockwise position until they fit. Be smart about it though ^^; keep in mind that a few of the pieces "coil in".
Not sure if there's any luck involved in this method... but I remember I used to use this method every week when I volunteered at a nursery... and I can't remember a time when it didn't work ^^; And I just solved this one using this method... so yeah ^^;

Scientist puzzle is like MasterMind, just easier.
For people who know how to play MasterMind and wondering why "easier": it tells you position of error and there's only "right or wrong", no "right colour, wrong position" or anything.
For people who does not know how to play MasterMind: Just put in the 6 pieces any way you like, but try to have some order so you remember which is which. When you're done, the robot's face would light up. There are 6 lights on the face, each light can be red or green and represents each of the 6 slots for the pieces of the puzzle. If the light is green, that position is correct. If the light is red, that position is incorrect. Now try again using the information you just got.
@ Anonymous with rocket question: are you entering the rocket after you changed?
To answer my own question earlier about what is a pink "shirt", you get it after you play the "memory play back" game on top of the spikey hill~

How do you get across the ledge with the flying magnet-looking monster?
to use the magnet fly you need to get the metal jacket from the robot
to open the rocket you need to switch three things. There is a red light at the top of the space in between, an unconnected cable at the bottom, and a sort of switch type thing in between. You need to change your clothes so that you are matching the colour wheel, then go inside the rocket.
Wow, what a nice game. I really love the graphics & the difficulty is not to hard.

lollypop: The nine eyed monster is after the magnet fly. The pictures are just illustrations, extra content.
Csani: the blue shoes are actually stripey socks. The last hat isn't until after the slider puzzle.

The final head piece is behind the third gravestone after you solve the slider puzzle.
I think what happened is that the girl (giant) and her family were killed in a car crash and what remained of her was trapped until her beloved doll came to rescue her.

Don't worry too much if you can't get it though. The world is round here, you can get through from the other side =)
The pictures on the roof i THINK are just samples of the artist's artwork. Just like the videos on the 2nd screen or something, that was just a sample of the artist's work I think. Although on both these two pages you should find articles of clothing...

Like I said before, the slider puzzle isn't until after you finish the rocket.
I really wish someone would post a video walkthrough I've tried 4 times, I even downloaded a new programme, but it just isn't working.

For the spikes you need the metal shoes from the fly catcher.
The blue "shoes" are the socks that the lantern monster gives you after you feed it.
And I'm getting a little tired of answering the same questions again and again. I know I don't have to but I like giving people help. And I know it's a lot to ask people to trek through over a hundred comments to try and find their answer so I suppose I'll just have to keep answering.
I'm stuck in the house, can't get the twin on the upper floor to be the opposite. Pictures are mirrored, the light is off the balls of yarn: pink outside purple inside clock is mirrored and i've tried both with smoking and drinking.. he won't follow me, what am I doing wrong?!
@ Erna: I tried again last night, it seems like he has fixed the light thing in the twin puzzle. People were complaining that in a real mirror image, the light would not be off in one. As of last night, turning on the light works =)

Maybe I'm blind, but I don't get the puzzle with the 9 eyed monster... what to do? I'm guessing it has something to do with the eyes, like closing the all? I just don't get it.. Help anyone?
Also saw someone asking about a save function... Eno says that everything is automatically saved, you can reload page and everything it says.... I, accidentally, closed all windows on my browser and I had to start again..
You have to get all nine eyes red. Click the corners, then the sides, then the middle.
i have been playing this game for the past 3 days and i was almost finished, today i click on the link to continue playing and it started me at the beginning. what the hell!?!

the slider puzzle -for me- wasnt how everyone describes it.
it was 4 clickable layers each layer moving to the right and i had to match them up.

He changed the slider puzzle once again! I have played the game several times now (it is so beautiful you keep going back)and found three different slider puzzles. The last one is the easiest.
If the slider puzzle has changed again, I suppose I'll have to play it again. ;) Yay!

i can't find the cat suit anywhere,i've done pretty much everything else. that mushroom thing took me forever. i'm terrible at stacking games.
If you've done all the puzzles then look around all the scenes for suspicious areas. The cat suit will be up high, somewhere after the mushroom challenge I think.
Finally completed it. That was disturbingly fantastic.

What are the 2 monsters doing? Do you have something in your inventory (a hat) that looks like what they're eating?
If not, have you gone inside the house that needs a blue shirt for entrance, and finished the mirror-brothers quest?
