Anyone know how to retrieve the wooden plank from the vase after solving the picture puzzle?

It's a very good game and OUT!!!!!!!
for the piece of wood, you need a piece of wire (look high) and a hook (you'll find that after you watch the video)
Nooooooooo, it says something about the server not being able to handle it and they took the game away
wait... but the video shows you how to get the piece of wood to fall out(solve the picture puzzle)
I don't know where the hook is
Remove the video tape and take a good look at it - see any symbols you recognise from anywhere else? This will lead you to the hook.

The hook is in the puzzle box...click on these symbols Vll then semi-colon, then arrow up, then the L. It should unlock.
connect the string to the hook (the string is on top of book shelf).
AAk. What now?
