the magical menagerie's escape [browser]

The owner of the magical menagerie has left for lunch, help the creatures work together through 22 levels to unlock their cages and escape the menagerie without letting any of them die in The Magical Menagerie's Escape by Tstaffor for Thinky Puzzle Game Jam 6. (conrols: click + drag to move creatures, Z key to undo a move, R key to restart a level)

    Those were super satisfying to figure out, though 3 was a bit frustrating. Small hints (rot13):
