blumgi bounce [browser]
Bounce the ball into the hoop in the fun physics puzzler Blumgi Bounce by Blumgi.
It is. It's just very precise. You have to let go like a half second after the "noise" stops when holding the mouse button down. At least that's what I did.
It's a good game! The next improvement I would like to see is to make sure you can apply too much power in each puzzle. Quite a few of them are solved by just applying the maximum possible amount. It would be more satisfying if every puzzle required something less than full power, since that means the player has to pick the right amount.
I disagree with SM. there is some kind of variable causing many tries even with the same power level. there are also things moving so timing is already tricky. I was however expecting some kind of aiming, but then it is just a golf game.
Love the Blumgi games! Blumgi Soccer is my favorite and I've replayed it multiple times. This one is also fun in many of the same ways. I appreciate the different game mechanics, the colorful graphics, and cheerful sprites. Looking forward to more from Blumgi! Thanks, Loïc and Bart.
Loved playing this fun game!. Lots of levels. Not difficult. But not always easy to get on the first try. Thank you to Loïc from Blumgi Studio and your friend for making this game. And thank you, Bart, for posting it.
This was fun break from the crazy day, love the rec! Tried to see how many I could get in one shot!
ReplyDeleteCheerful and nostalgic! I ended up loving this and played straight through all 22 levels. Brightened my day!
ReplyDeleteIs 15-1 unsolvable or something?

DeleteI don't know why, but silly little time-wasters like this one are really fun for me.
ReplyDeleteAt first I thought that it should keep track of the hole in ones.
ReplyDeleteHowever on further thought that would lead to replaying & frustration.
Hello :) Loïc from Blumgi studio here. I made this game with a friend and that's really nice to read your kind comments.
ReplyDeleteThanks Bart for posting it.

Yeah, I was confused. It still adds more power after the sound effect peaks. I don't think it's random, though.
