This guy is awesome, pulling off a confounding pre-advent calendar all by himself.
ReplyDeleteI feel like the monsters could see me through the trees. but now they can't.
ReplyDeleteSeems to be, if the monsters are already in the trees, they can see through them, if they are just behind trees they can't. I guess that's monsters for you.
DeleteTook me a while to get the secret technique, but then completed. loving the different mechanics for each game, can't wait to see what comes next.

DeleteA non-tree would be either a tree stump or an empty space. However, on lvl5 you can't use this technique. You have to solve this with other methods.
DeleteSo I figured out a new technique on level 5, but I still can't get the last two monsters. Can I get another hint?

Never mind!.. Got it.. Damn, I was wrong about one thing, there was a red herring that had me convinced it was the 'secret' and the missed 'trick' was the simplest thing after all.. Thanks for the attempts to help

ReplyDeleteThe last sentence after winning let me suppose there was a secret ending if I completely cleared the forest in the last level. It's easily feasible (except on the borders), but no secret ending...
