@anon: There are 3 things that can "pass through" the portal blocks. The little man, the path blocks, and ...? If you need more of a hint, let me know.
@chunk - Like someone else mentioned, the laser itself can travel through the portals. You can position the two portals in a way that it redirected the laser and the path blocks can reach the exit.
..."please don't do that"? Boring! OK, what would be the logical result by the game mechanics when a portal stone is pushed through the other portal? It would have to come out of itself... my head hurts...wait, this could be a great puzzle:

You push ^ into <. Now the momentary location of ^ is <. As I said, ^ comes out of itself downwards, i.e. at x, and we could push it further in direction d, to whatever sinister means.
This was another nice one, about the right level of difficulty for me, and not too long. I liked the last level, and I also got the "please don't do that" message when I was casting about for things to try.
Any suggestions on how to clear that last room??
