monument valley 2 [mobile paid]

At the Apple WWDC developer conference there was a surprise game release: monument valley 2 by ustwo games, the sequel to the very successful mobile puzzler. This time you're guiding a mother and her child as they embark on a journey through magical architecture, discovering illusionary pathways and delightful puzzles as you learn the secrets of the Sacred Geometry.
For now this paid mobile game is only available from the Apple app store but it should be out on Android too 'soon'.

  1. Unfortunately, for those Android users among us, it was about a 5-week wait last time. I'm afraid "soon" won't be soon enough. :(

  4. I actually wrote them earlier, as a reaction to peoples comments on the 'add-ons' they made to the first one: 'Forgotten shores' and 'Ida's dream'.
People complained about that ridiculous small amount they had to pay to get those extra chapters.
I told them, if they ever made a 'No. two' or something similar, I'd buy it immediately.
Looks like they listened to me :-)
Only sucks that I'm on android, so I'll have to wait. I just hope the five weeks from last time will not be exceeded this time.

  5. Purchased immediately, one of the few actual game purchases I have ever made. Not as complete as the first, but worth every cent.

The first game, and to a smaller degree this one, is almost emotional. My daughter, now 15, just about cried during the first.
