  2. Hi folks, first one here, found only one clue behind chair...i'm kinda stuck....

  3. I just started this a few minutes ago, and was thinking how the movement reminded my of Myst, and I see an "Easter Egg" on the cork board of it!

  4. @midge start with the 'hat' clue...

  5. Btw there are two endings!

  6. I´m at "Escape success!" screen, is that all or should I do something more?

    ReplyDelete
  7. Escape succes but????

    ReplyDelete
  8. forge your destiny...

  9. I got both endings. The second one says "Congratulations on your escape!" and below it "You forge your destiny also one!"

  10. Can anyone help with the 2nd ending? I'm only getting the "but..."

  11. Rebecca, After you unlock the escape door, don't leave. Go back and look around the room again.

  12. @annoymous....where's the hat or cork board, I don't see any of this....are we in the same game?

  13. @midge No, the comment was intended for "strange magic escape" but posted here by mistake. It was reposted on that thread, along with the explanation.

  14. I can't get the three digit code for the box.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Look at the pentagon wall for the code...

    ReplyDelete
  16. So... Can anyone explain why the correct code doesn't open the box at all on a Mac (Firefox or Safari)?

    ReplyDelete
  17. I don't understand the hint for the three digit box code too :(

  18. Three digit box code: combination of:
    - the three symbols on the 'hat' stone (equals, triangle, circle)
    - diagram with numbers at the back of chair
    - pentagon wall with three lit symbols

  19. I cannot get the code two work. When I enter it nothing happens.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Lol... two = to

  21. Doesn't work with firefox on PC. Won't let me open the last box. Entered the correct numbers (even watched walkthrough) - no effect. Waste of time :-((

  22. Tried Internet Explorer. Doesn't work either :-((

  23. I've got the same problem with the 3 digit code on Google Chrome. It worked when I continue clicking on the 2nd button making a full tour until the right number. Hi from France

    ReplyDelete
  24. That worked. Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  25. Nice one but a little bit too short.
As said, to activate the code you need to set the 3 digits and then set again one of them for it to work....

Thank you! I missed the backside of the chair...
    :)

  27. I really love the music in the beginning - anybody any idea?
Couldn't find any information about that.
    Thanks.

  28. It seems developer's english is not so good, so after 2nd ending instead of "you forge your destiny also one" it should say "you've opened up another path of the fate".

  29. couldn´t use the hammer anywhere...

  30. Short, but fun. Do the people who create these kind of games use any sort of standard framework for them, or do they all just roll their own?

    ReplyDelete
  31. @Stevens Miller I think there are some common tools out there that many developers use. For example, Mya from Neutral mentions using as3corelib (which I know nothing about) for some games.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Ah. I was over thinking the number/chair/pentagons clue

    ReplyDelete
  33. Cannot get the box to open even though I am sure I have the correct code

    ReplyDelete
  34. @Caroline Higley, the box has a bug in it. I got it to open by entering the correct code, then entering the correct first digit a second time (that is, click the first digit ten more times after you first enter all the correct digits).

    ReplyDelete
  35. If you enter the middle digit last, the box will open first time...

The hammer... where was it when you found it? what was it next to? Is there another one in the room? Where on that haven't you clicked yet?

    ReplyDelete
  36. Thanks Stevens Miller and Anon I will try that
I think the hammer was where X marks the spot, but my memory can be a bit dodgy!

    ReplyDelete
  37. Nope not X but locked box ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  38. Game is full of bugs.
There is a down movement arrow that never works.
The first click on each zero is heard but dial don't turn.
The code check never works on the first spin.
After you unlock the door your not to use it ?
    There is a 6th item.

    ReplyDelete
  39. @Anonymous the last two "bugs" are intentional features. The first few are legitimate, although their impact is minor.

    ReplyDelete
  40. No music for me. Hammer doesn't work anywhere, game keeps hanging. I'm gone.
