ReplyDeleteIt's not so much a game as a work of art.
I really liked the atmosphere, the music, and especially the drawing style which reminds me a bit of Joost Swarte.
As far as the story is concerned, I think I have to go through it again to understand...

ReplyDeleteMy apologies, Bart. All I saw the first time through was a button labeled "Download Now", which took me to a web page offering me the 31MB Windows version. I think my adblocker was the problem - I whitelisted the Weave site and tried again and was able to view the "game".
Not sure how much effect any clicks I made during the game had on the actual outcome, and I'm still not clear what actually happened, but it was visually interesting nonetheless.
This piece of art made me feel uncomfortable, but it was great. Thanks for posting such eclectic stuff, Bart! It's fun to explore!

I have no idea what I did, I was doing the Old McDonald song, click, click here, click, click there, color changing....I got out, don't know how. It was fun.
ReplyDeleteWish it was a bit longer; I don't completely understand what happened. I somewhat wish this was a start to a series.
ReplyDeleteThis was interesting, but as has been noted, it's not really a game. It's more of a video that occasionally requires some clicking to proceed. Artistically interesting, but no real challenges involved.

Now I'm okay with a game not really being a game if it has a good story.
But the story is just, well what even is the story?
Two lost souls one signing away his will to the devil and the other turning back time so they can be together again?
