    @Peter, I did, and tried putting the wheels in the same position...no joy. I must be looking at it wrong.

    @Anna - the hands on the wheels need to point to the proper color, so you have to adjust the wheels to make that happen. The colors on the wheels are opposite of the rings in the dish, so it can be a little confusing. :)
