Yoshio Ishii prepared us a small new year game. Can you find the 8 stars in happy new year cat?

  5. Found it kind of boring I'm afraid. Normally love all the games on this site.

  7. Wow, calling that a quick, "thrown-together" game would an understatement . . . but it was kinda fun. Not a bad way to kill 10 minutes, even if the ending is just a pat on the back.

Pretty glitchy, but in that fun way where you can exploit the glitches to make the cat travel across the screen quickly. :)

  10. Wouldn't load for me. Whenever I clicked on the link, and I refreshed the page several times, it would give me a black page, but no matter how long I waited the game would not appear. Any ideas?

  11. Hmm.

This game is made by the world's most creative and talented designers.

    It's also quite, quite crap.

I think it's important for us all to remember that not even the most prolific genius can produc perfection 100% of the time. We are all human and we are all wonderful in our own way.

Thanks to Bart for hosting and thanks to Yoshio for being both a) Awesome and b) Human.

    Game: 1/10
    Philosophy lesson: 9/10

  12. I think you should appreciate the game more as an experiment. I know the background: it was handcrafted, have a look a this picture! :)

  13. Liked the art, but the game itself wasn't very exciting
