So Minoto made another part of the duckling point and click adventures: ugly duckling 17. I was a bit hesitant to post this, because it is even shorter than the last Minoto game. So let me know in the comments if you still want to see these games here or not, but keep it polite ;)

ReplyDeleteI would continue to post them. I think eventually he'll get back to increasing the difficulty. It seems clear to me that he has been working more and more on improving his animation. Plus, Minoto's too much of a tradition here! An easy game now and then is welcome.

Oh, don't ever stop posting Minoto! He does his best under difficulties, we should stand by him in the hard times. I for one come in just to see if he's been able to contribute, these days. His games are always positive and upbeat and assure a smile, and that's worth gold these days.

Minoto games are the best, even when short due to his illness. I'm sort of nostalgic because looking for more of them way back when is how I found your blog. ^u^

Everyone is complaining about the shortness of the several parts, but ugly ducking has 17!!! Put them all together and you have just the right size of a story ;)

ReplyDeleteOK, I'll be the bad one and say that Minoto was fun early on, but I haven't enjoyed and or played his games in a long time. They just went from silly and quirky to plain stupid. I voted for kicking them off your blog a long time ago. They drag down the games-Bart-is-posting-are-cool-meter. But seeing that I don't have as much time anymore to play games, and I don't come to visit you every day as I used to, I might not be in a position to weigh in on your question. So my little voice says don't post them anymore, but you do what you feel your readers want ;)

ReplyDeleteI guess keep up the tradition. There are tons of people who love Minoto games, regardless of the length or quality. It's entirely up to you (though I say still post them, but if the quality keeps dipping, drop it).

I dunno...if the games are this short and absolutely no logic elements or difficult sections are present, don't post them. This was a shame of a game.

I'm relatively new to this site, so I haven't seen any other games in the Ugly Duckling series, but I thought it was really short and didn't make much sense. I like the games you make better!
