  3. This game was over before it even started...I get to Big Ben and I'm thinking okay onto next level...but no that was the end of it. I did make it in 407 seconds, don't know how that rates up there because it won't let you submit your score. Gives an error. Then if you go t view highscores it never loads and stays blank. Oh well. Next game please.

  5. I did it in 495 seconds. Didn't try to be quick though, just tried to enjoy the game. I agree - way too quick. This had potential. At the very least there could have been an infant stage as well ;)

  7. So is the only thing you have to do is find the big ben. Is there other things you may have missed that you didn't do before you found the big ben, places you haven't explored or do you have to go through everywhere before you can find the big ben?

This was a little too easy for me, although a very nice 5 minute game for some. It calls for a sequel, or at least more levels. Too simple, and I agree with Thor, over before it started. There should be like a baby level where you have super good abilities, but have to crawl everywhere or something like that.

  9. Thank you guys for comments. I'm happy to find such a great site with awesome community. And thank you Bart for placing my game here.

This game was created for the russian contest of one week development. That is why it's really pretty short. But I tried to integrate some interesting features, such as increased speed after finishing the game or special secret passage in the game which allows to finish the game faster and get higher score. The game gained third place in the contest, by the way. :)

Maybe I really should think about the sequel with more levels, features, powerups and secrets. I do this if current version of the game will be successful.

Considering score submission system, I used Playtomic for that. Unfortunately playtomic leaderboard is not very stable and can throw errors somethimes.

Anyway, thank you for the feedback.

  10. Hey Jarofed!
For a quick development this was very good! We didn't know that. We just assume everybody is slaving away every night and day for months and years to create fantastic games for us to enjoy ;)
But yes, a sequel would be great! If you wanted goals for each stage, maybe you could put in an intermediate stage as a young man (or woman!) and find his heart to give away - something like that. Just an idea...
    Thanks for this game! :)

  13. does anyone know where the secret passage is?

  14. For the secret passage:
First you should do a couple of playthroughs so you get maximum speed.
Then, after you've found the hourglass, don't jump down, but go back left one screen (to the one with the clock).
You can jump left from the highest 'hill' in that screen. Now you're standing on a lonely hill. Again, from the highest point jump as far left as you can for the secret shortcut. From here you have to go left and up, but after a few playthroughs you probably'll recognize where you ended up.
