inverted y

In a world of letters lives an unusual character who has unusual power in the quite challenging platformer inverted y.

  1. Original, interesting concept, but it sacrifices playability for plot with long interruptions to the action. It's more of an interactive parable than a game.

  2. This is a nice game; I actually put more effort into trying to finish this, so I could see how it ended.

  4. This must be the most boring game ever invented. I played for two minutes and then decided this is not for me. It was endlessly slow, and when the screen said "sometimes I just want to die" and a cliff appeared, I though "Yay, finally it's over". Well, the game wasn't, but I was.

  5. @ Carly,

I agree 100%. This game sucks big time.

    @ Bart,

Do us all a favor and remove this crappy game from your site.

  7. Nice game Bart, thanks for posting! If you don't like this kind of game, just skip it and play another one.

  8. I like the concept, but I've never been great at inverted game play that relies heavily on timing. Thanks for sharing though :)

  9. Nice game, kinda sad that the ending is just that but I wanted to see it so It took me many tries

Also It's easy to say this game suck when you don't even try to play it until the end.

  10. I like the game but once the trick is understood, it was too easy, andd so, boring ...

I would have enjoyed to see the end, I may try again later

Bart, keep posting strange platformers and art games if YOU love them. It's your blog after all !

  11. Curious game... I smiled when I saw that the creator of the world was a big "G"! :D However I haven't finished it because I get easily frustrated when I repeat a scene thousands of times to pass it!!

However... Even if I don't like the game this much, I would never even think something like "please delete it" or "please don't post games like this anymore". You don't like a game? You skip it, maybe you tell this to the others. Stop.

  12. I agree with Rava. It's not like Bart *wrote* this game. He's just helpfully finding the new games out there and letting us try them.

    Thanks, Bart!

  13. Saved progress might have helped. As it is I can't face starting from the beginning AGAIN.

  14. Really needs a save button or an auto save on every level. I think if it had that it would be much more fun.

  15. Why does this blog have so many haters? O_o I understand that not every game is for everyone, but why must people demand that games that they do not like must be deleted? What about those of us who liked it? What about the author of the blog? Can't he decide what he wants to post on his own blog?

Similarly, every time someone posts in another language, a whole bunch of people comes on just to say "English only!" or something like that. Why???

    Or are you all just trolls? ^^;;

  18. I can barely get through a certain level. Probably because of poor development.
