gwen [browser oldie]

Browser oldie Gwen is a surreal point and click game from 2006. Can you point and click your way through the gorgeous scenes and inside the Buddhist temple? To start the actual game: after the intro click 'map' in the top left corner and then click 'game'.

Quite fun but had to google for it as the link you posted just gave a blank page.

I think the link is the correct one. What link are you using then?

surreal point and click game means pixel hunt with no logic to it.

Blank page for me also...
I found a working link on a russian website....
Strange game by the way... I did not really understand it - I'm not even sure I did what I was supposed to. But it seems finished.

Thank you Bart!! Worked fine for me. I love the music! Of course as an old game it's a lot slower to load etc. Anybody read Chinese--what does it say at the end?
Good to see this old friend again! Thanks so much! That's my day made.

Translation of "story"
[View down overcast] is a special Taiwan folk ritual, most people hold the mysterious rituals of this dubious attitude. So we will be the issue of life and death as a starting story to interactive game way to make the player experience the whole process.

We will be positioned to participate in the concept of the game off Yin ceremony, the player did not know this is the beginning of the so-called concept of overcast, the process is like an adventure game. We created a fantasy world, the three levels using the unique scenery allows the player to feel themselves in what kind of world, perhaps heaven is hell. The story of the flashback approach, will only feel that the journey is full of a variety of strange encounters.
We will use a strong art style and special circumstances, so that players in the game, the brain to think about the elements in the level, the elements and elements to make a series, is a logical game. Until the last minute of the game we will uncover this mystery, so that players realize that this is a hell of adventure, so that players will want to experience a desire again.

We take this game, depicting the minds of the "concept of overcast," the question of the question, in our perspective to describe the so-called paradise hell. To this story, so that we must cherish the people around things, even the favorite people who left us, whether he is in heaven or hell, he will always live in our hearts. Death is only a transformation of the infinite life of infinite life, which transcends time and space. It is the end of one life from the point of view of past life, and the transition to the next life begins from the point of view of the afterlife.

I have the same problem as others are reporting above. I follow the link and all I see is a blank white page. The link, as copied directly from the page on bontegames, is "http://www.gwen.idv.st".

Ah, solved the problem. It was failing to load because of Adblock Plus, a browser extension. Once I disabled ABP on this page, it loaded.

For anyone stuck, each scene has a ? in the top left hand corner. It gives you a hint as to what to do.
