find the invisible cow

Do you have a spare minute to find the invisible cow? It's hiding right behind the shouting...

Yeah! First :)

Ooookay... I found 3 cows and then another one with the expert mode... What strikes me is that we globally found 1'818'213 cows (and four are mines)... But then, I was already satisfied by shouting "first"... :)

lobe it! :)

I think the cow is back! Moo!

amusing, but seriously, he expects a donation for so little work? On that basis I would send you billions Bart.

Now it says this:

This is a web experiment

Sorry, your browser does not support the Web Audio API, which is an integral part of this experiment.

Currently, the only supported browsers are Chrome 10+, Firefox 25+, and Safari 6+.

Okay, got it doing something in Chrome. I move the cursor and, from time to time, it seems to react by changing the tone and apparent location of the source, but my points never change.

Can't say I'm real impressed with this one.

I think knowing game script would help make this game look less simple and bare, but I never took much programming.

I sure hope this game dynamic never catches on, as I would hate to be playing a game with anything either invisible or sound dependent. I always turn the sound off on simple games.

On a unrelated note I just discovered how to use the spell check. When yoou type in a word wrong, as I just did, right click the word for a list of suggestions. Also you can add new words.

I'm just glad the word wasn't Hippopotamus!

A bit simple for my taste. I found two cows (one on expert, one not) and the game's already boring. I also don't like that it's sound dependent.

Found an interesting bug(feature?). If the cow happens to be hiding right where you click the play again button you find him instantly. Also, after listening to a few solid minutes of nothing but "cow, cow, Cow! COW! COW!!!!!" it starts sounding like other words.

after listening to the cowcowcowcowcow it begins to sound like meowmeowmeowmeowmeowmeowmeow

Anonymous said...

That was incredibly cute!

I think I'm going crazy

Thought this was totally obnoxious at first, but now it makes me laugh every time. ;-)

Found this pretty obnoxious...

A fun webtoy for a short time, but I don't think it's worth donating money towards. I think an excellent determiner of whether or not something is worth donating for is if the internet would miss it if it were gone. And this, really, is not something the internet would be missing were it to disappear.

I found lots of cows and goats.I like it a lot!!! I like the cows better though. They're funnier.
