Get the catfood. Click on the bushes in the first picture and the lion will appear. Go to the next (right) picture, get the can-opener on the tree-stump, open the catfood and give it to the lion. Take the lion, go to the river picture and put the lion on the raft.

To wake up Dorothy,
On the river screen, (after Dorothy has moved on) click on the cloud. A lightning bolt will spark a fire on the riverbank. Light the broom in the fire and take it to the 4th scene (where Dorothy is). There's a bomb there; light it and the blast will wake her up.
I'm actually a little sad that the descriptions of the objects in the inventory make sense. Minoto must be using a better translator. I miss the off-beat descriptions. He even had hydraulic jack instead of metal lifting device for heavy object, or whatever. =)
Not sure I agree about the translator. The Tin Man was described as "Tinplate". Made me laugh out loud!
