How do you complete the Yin&Yang one where the bar in the middle is red and only goes up and falls straight down?is it just a question of moving the black one very quickly before the bar falls down or I am missing something??

It is just that - you have to move the black dot very quickly, and it's annoying as hell. It's best to move the dot as close to the bar as possible before attempting this.

Edit: Actually, I think I mistook the level you're referring to with a different level, where you move the 'ground' down and then move the black dot from left to right. Either way, it's the same thing, but the latter is much more annoying.
