Have a few. Look out peep hole on door. What looks like arrows are triangles.

About the Chinese calligraphy:right hand phrase translates Ergo sum cogito;left hand phrase follows "If I don't think, I then become prisoner." (I don't think it's from the original Descartes version though...)

I have the middle drawer open. Code with blocks, 3 rows of 5 with red line through them?? Grey tablet with Japanese characters at front of drawer that match banner hanging on the wall. Box knocked onto floor using the rake.

COMPLETELY, HOPELESSLY STUCK!!

What now?

Wow that pissed me off, you can't beat it unless you install a JAP lang pack. Otherwise the code above and left of the door just looks like squares.

hy!! everybody... i'have finished this tricky game i can help if you have precise questions it was a bit long to solve to write a complete walkthrought but still i'm here to help if needed!!

meloxu said...

first of all i may say that the "powdered green tea" code can be solve by translating it into figures with the help of the book : great=78145 and down=9032 . translate the three words you're only missing the "p"... why don't you try looking under the desk for that ;o)

Can't even open this game-won't load

Meloxu, please help. I came almost to the end,I've got the key and put it in to the whole under the white screen on the wall and turned it.I've got some lines on the screen, but now I really don't know what to do...

meloxu said...

hello, sorry i'm a bit late...ain't i? the lines were always there in fact when you switch off the light!! but now thez are important!! turning the key in the wall hole didn't you ear a noise??? check what changed in the room!! that element that changed is very important now to use colour lines on the wall... maybe that "element" that (you can find 4 times in that room)will help you finding a code!! what's more you should have advance without me by now anyway because that"element" must have gave you something to go further on...
i don't give too much precisions because well not so much people played yet but if you don't understand a word i sais, tell me i'll try to be more explicite without ruining the others'quest!!
bye and good luck

Whats the code for the down drawer?
I dont understand anything, i see the way.. left to right, down to left, down to right.
But which figures on the blank spaces?

meloxu said...

the down drawer is fixed with a screw on the left side once you'll find the screwdriver (and after you managed to catch the fallen blue box) you can unfix the screw and open the down drawer.

I solved the "powdered green tea" code and now there is only japanise words instead of the numbers... anyone knows what to do?

meloxu said...

entering the code you heard a sound, check the room you've unlocked a tool... use it to obtain the blue box (for now leave the chinese code you'll go back to it much later)... don't tell you too much but here still... xx

Anonymous said...

can anyone hint as to how you open the blue box please now that I have knocked it down?

Anonymous said...

The box in the bottom drawer needs a code, but I can't find it anywhere! Help!!

Anonymous said...

The blue box is similar to the writing on the wall - you need to find symbols elsewhere and match them to the positions on the poster. try one of the drawers.... ;)

Anonymous said...

I still don't understand the blue box code...after I solved the "powdered green tea" code nothing has opened...I managed to drop the blue box and now I am stuck..please help..

Whats the code for the box in the bottom drawer??

matt w said...

For the box in the bottom drawer, its a weird base 3 notation.

A dot is 1. A line is 3. A circle is 9. So the . counts as 1, the : counts as 2, the / counts as 3, and so on.

The first blank is in the fifth spot, so you need one line and two dots: division sign. The next blank is in the seventh spot, so you need two lines and a dot. Then I think there's one in the eleventh spot, so you need two dots and a circle, and one in the thirteenth spot, which is the dotted half note: a circle, a line, and a dot.

I had to read a walkthrough and then figure out why it made sense later.

Yes Thats the order...
but now i turn the key at the wall and shows up lines... but nothing happens anymore...

ok, i'm completely lost. i have a floppy disk, and i have a weird handle thing with two white rods coming off of it. i've figured out the powered green tea code but i don't know where to use it. i've looked in the peep hole and found the pattern and i've entered it into the top drawer but nothing happens!! what do i do with what i've got? help anyone??

Anonymous said...

The code in the peephole is rotated. If you look at it the right way up and enter it into the box in the top drawer, you'll know what to do with the disk!

Anonymous said...

You have to open the blue box to get a tool that lets you find the screwdriver.

Anonymous said...

I like the way you can go back into the game after you've completed it to do a further level to find all the coloured spheres!

matt w said...

i solved the powdered green tea code but the only thing that happend is that the numbers changed into japanise wordsLook around and you'll see one of the corner panels has moved -- it should reveal a code. (If it reveals four boxes you need to make your browser understand Japanese characters, unfortunately.)

i have a weird handle thing with two white rods coming off of it. i've figured out the powered green tea code but i don't know where to use it.Yup, once you find the disk you can turn off the lights and turn on the projector -- then you'll see something that tells you where to put the handle.

i am completely stuck, i knocked down the blue box, and got the green tea code, but nothing happened? what next?

Anonymous said...

You use the Powdered green tea code again later on, but for now you need to open the blue box.

Look at the poster on the wall with the chinese lettering on, it looks like the top of the blue box. Now look in the middle wooden drawer and find a hidden grey board with chinese letters on. Make a note of these letters and look for them on the wall poster. What position do the letters appear in? Press the buttons on the blue box corresponding to the positions of the letters on the poster, and it will open.
