is it just me or is the game really glitch-y? i finished the encoder and the guy in bed keeps telling me to finish it.
i have the same problem..and i didn't use the device at all (the one that i had with me) maybe we have to do another thing..
How do I install the matter encoder? Tommy keeps telling me to find it and install it, but I already have it and it's put together. But I don't see any place to install it. Did I miss something?
To install the matter encoder you have to set all eight bulbs in proper places ("0008 correct").

to install the matter encoder you need to put the eight bulbs in this order: 4,1,5,3,7,8,6,2

Okay! This is funny. I have installed the matter encoder and the guy's father knocked me out, and all the guy can do is tell me to finish? LOL What is there to finish? I have lost my device and all my inventory I had left.
