I'm stuck at 15 as well ...
I was stuck on 15, but then I put unlimited bombs on and it was easy.
did I help?
On level 15 I let everything explode and then used the two bombs to move. Had to use the second one in the air. Hope that helps.
I'm stuck on 27 (Demo man) and don't know what to do. (I tried unlimited bombs.)

I am stuck on level 18. I can get down and blow up all the bricks and get past the wood barricade plus the electric thing with no problem but then when I ignite the tnt, I don't go high enough to go up and right over the incline.
nevermind... I got it done
