Flashphone is a new webtool which allows you to make free worldwide calls to any phonenumber (excluding mobile phonenumbers) for free. You don't need to install anything as it's made in flash. It's currently in beta which means you are only allowed 3 calls per day, with a call length limit of 3 minutes. Oh, did I already mention, it's FREE!
